(More customer reviews)I purchased the Dirt Devil Mop and hand held steamer as a package. Not only were they less expensive than the Shark mop by itself, but they are much more user friendly. The Dirt Devil has an on/off switch, is easier to move around, and seems to hold more water. The hand held is good, but I'm not sure if I have the hang of it yet. I'd rather hold back judgement on that...All in all, I am much happier with this product than the Shark.
