(More customer reviews)I have owned 2 of these steamers. The first one stopped heating up within 4 months. It was under warranty so I took it to a sweeper store in my area and they ordered another one at no cost. This mop is now not hearing up. It's a great tool when it worked by obviously there is a flaw in the operating system.
