(More customer reviews)I bought this item with much excitement but was terribly disappointed when I actually used it. It is true that the cleaner takes 30 seconds to heat up but it only works in bursts. That means it will take me 2 hours to clean one wall of my shower. It is not a practical steam cleaner for cleaning the bathroom like I had hope. Now I only use it to clean doorknobs and fridge handels. I should have bought a spray bottle so I wouldn't have to wait 30 seconds to clean.
