(More customer reviews)this product is ok, its spits allot (allot!) of water. it does make clothes look better (but soaks the heck out of them) and does make sofa smells fresher, and wetter. i had higher expectations. i maybe would try another version as this one does not become very hot. maybe it is just mine that is broken. i like the funnel it came with. but that is about it.
