Just run some tap water (as hot as possible) into the wok and swish this brush over the cooking surface....gets all the food bits off easily. I tied a string around the top so I can hang it on a hook.

Bamboo bristle wok washing brush. This wok brush is fantastic for cleaning your steel or stainless steel wok. Just use hot water and swish your wok brush in a circular motion in your wok to remove bits of food from the bottom of your wok.
